Buggy, issues, unreliable

SA needs a new IT team. First, I never received a update notice in my App Store. Second, after finally figuring out the previous version wasnt working properly I decided to delete and re download. This is when I found out their was a new version released over a month ago. Third, this new app version doesnt work either. Continually tied up in Please Wait mode. Your OUT!!!
